What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and efficient clinical workflow. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using the highest standards of infection control and sterilization. Capture high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and digital scans. Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and post-operative instructions. Help maintain clinical inventory and ensure operatories are organized and fully stocked. Build trust with patients by creating a warm, compassionate, and welcoming experience. Collaborate with the team to help provide an outstanding patient experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred (minimum 1 year required). Current Ohio radiography certification and CPR certification. Experience with digital dentistry and dental software (OpenDental experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care.
