What Youâll Do: Assist during surgeries and implant procedures Take CBCT scans, photos, and digital scans Help with impressions and temporaries Lab work (3D printing temps, polishing/coloring temps, pouring models, organizing components) Operatory setup, sterilization, turnover Occasionally support the front desk when needed Provide clear, confident patient communication What Weâre Looking For: Oregon DA + X-ray certification Great attitude, reliable, team-first Willing to learn advanced implant workflows Strong communication and patient-care skills Bonus (Not Required): Implant/surgical experience, digital scanning, lab skills.
