Franklin Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated team member for Orthodontic Records and Sterilization Technician that brings great energy and great attitude. You will oversee the sterilization and infection control processes for orthodontic instruments, maintaining the highest standards of clinical hygiene and safety. Duties Capturing Orthodontics records such as X-rays, photos and Scans Process dental instruments through sterilization procedures following infection prevention management protocols, including cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, and sterilizing using autoclaves or other approved methods. Helping assistants stay ready for the next patient. Bringing kindness, confidence and positivity to every patient interaction. Skills Comfortable in a high-pace environment. Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness Effective communication skills suitable for working as a dental receptionist or supporting patient care activities in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand and move throughout the day Excited to learn-orthodontic experience is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right person.
