We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Prosthodontic Assistant / EFDA to join our team and support our mission of excellence in patient care. The Prosthodontic Assistant / EFDA will play a key role in supporting our prosthodontist and surgical team in all aspects of restorative and prosthetic treatment, particularly for full arch implant cases. This role requires a deep understanding of prosthodontic workflows, excellent hands-on clinical skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist in clinical procedures including implant restorations, full arch conversions, and temporization Perform EFDA duties such as placing restorations, taking impressions, taking teeth on and off, and repairs Take high-quality digital intraoral scans using advanced scanning technology Manage prosthodontic cases from surgery through to delivery of final prosthetics Support chairside conversions during immediate load/full arch procedures Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene, and prosthetic maintenance Maintain accurate patient records, case logs, and lab communication Ensure operatory readiness, sterilization, and inventory management of prosthetic materials Collaborate closely with our prosthodontist, lab technicians, and treatment coordinators to ensure seamless patient care Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
