Souderton Dental Associates is a private PPO practice. We are looking for our next dental assistant to join our growing clinical team! This position offers a competitive salary + generous monthly bonus, guaranteed work hours, PTO, holiday pay and dental benefits. This is not an entry level position. We’re seeking a skilled DA, with a strong clinical foundation, ideally with a surgical background, prior experience in a leadership or coordinating, with an exceptional eye for patient care, empathy and education. Take radiographs and intraoral scans Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, operative procedures, and pre- and post-treatment care. Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining compliance with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Qualifications: Valid X-ray certification. CPR and first aid certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
