Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions. Verify insurance benefits and submit claims accurately. Check patients in and out while reviewing treatment costs and next steps. Prepare patient paperwork and maintain accurate records. Help keep the front office organized, clean, and running smoothly. Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience. What You Bring At least 1 year of customer service experience . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
