Key Responsibilities: · Deliver exceptional clinical care, including routine prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, root planing, and debridement. · Perform thorough oral cancer screenings, examine gums, and take accurate digital diagnostic X-rays. · Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques and individualized preventative care plans. · Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient records and treatment plans. · Sterilize instruments and ensure standard OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols are strictly followed. · Collaborate closely with our dentist and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and a stellar patient experience. Qualifications & Skills: · Valid State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). · Current CPR/BLS certification. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic patient chairside manner. · Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment. · Experience with dental practice management software is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate! · Open to both seasoned professionals and enthusiastic recent graduates.
