Registered Dental Hygienist - cosmetic and family dentistry of las colinas - Irving, TX

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice. Our office provides comprehensive general, cosmetic, and periodontal dentistry in a modern, single-doctor practice committed to exceptional patient care and lasting relationships. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing. Obtain and review diagnostic radiographs. Complete periodontal charting and thorough clinical documentation. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home maintenance. Identify and communicate treatment needs to the doctor and patients. Maintain accurate electronic records using Denticon practice management software. Contribute to a positive patient experience while supporting an efficient daily schedule. Our scheduling philosophy emphasizes quality over quantity. Patients are typically scheduled for one-hour appointments , allowing you to provide individualized, comprehensive care without feeling rushed. What We're Looking For Current Registered Dental Hygienist license. 3–5 years of clinical hygiene experience preferred. Strong knowledge of preventive and periodontal therapy. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Comfortable with digital charting and practice management software (Denticon experience is a plus). Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
