We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and personable orthodontic assistant to join our team! We are a small, boutique office with 1 doctor and a close-knit team. We offer traditional braces and aligners to kids, teens, and adults! The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate, and have excellent interpersonal skills to develop an effective relationship with patients, parents, and other team members, as well as great verbal skills to communicate with and educate patients and parents about their treatment. Preference will go to candidates with 2 years or more of orthodontic assisting experience, however, candidates with less experience will still be considered. The most important thing is that you are reliable, have a great attitude, and are eager to help people achieve their best smile! We see patients Tuesday - Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm, with lunch from 1-1:50. Team members are expected to arrive by 8:45 to set up for the day and stay until charts and cleaning are done, usually no later than 5:30. Compensation: Depends on experience, starting at $22/hr.
