Position: Orthodontic Assistant As an Orthodontic Assistant, you’ll work chairside with the doctor to ensure efficient and comprehensive patient care. You'll play a key role in creating beautiful smiles while helping us maintain a practice culture rooted in excellence, teamwork, and joy. Your Responsibilities: Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures Place and remove brackets and bands Take digital x-rays and clinical photographs Perform intraoral scanning (Invisalign) and bonding of attachments Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness Fabricate retainers and other lab tasks Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional care Requirements: Active Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Clear, professional verbal communication skills (patients, parents, and team) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Orthodontic or Invisalign experience is preferred—but not required A Final Note: If any part of this opportunity excites you—even a little—we’d love to hear from you.
