We embrace a biocompatible approach to dentistry, recognizing the important connection between oral health and overall wellness.Our goal is to help patients achieve long-term health through education, prevention, and conservative, evidence-based care.If you are passionate about helping patients improve not only their oral health but also their overall well-being, we'd love to meet you.About Riverstone Dental Well-established and respected community practice Solo-doctor office with a loyal, multigenerational patient base Supportive and collaborative team environment Focus on prevention, patient education, and comprehensive care Whole-health philosophy that recognizes the connection between oral and systemic health Quality-driven practice that values relationships over rushing patients through the schedule Office Schedule: Tuesday: 7:00 AM â 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM â 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM â 5:00 PM Rotating Mondays/Fridays 7:00am-5:00pm *This positions schedule is ideally Tuesday-Thursday, with occasional Mondays/ Fridays when another Hygienist is needing coverage. However, we are able to be somewhat flexible with days/times. For example, someone wanting Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00am to 5:00pm would be considered. We believe great dentistry takes time. Our hygiene appointments are designed to allow our hygienists to provide exceptional care without feeling rushed. 60-minute recare appointments 90-minute scaling and root planning appointments 90-minute new patient appointments This schedule allows you to focus on patient education, preventive care, thorough assessments, and building lasting patient relationships. Responsibilities Provide preventive and periodontal care Perform comprehensive hygiene assessments Take radiographs as needed Deliver non-surgical periodontal therapy Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and the oral-systemic health connection Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license (new grads encouraged to apply!)
