We are a 40-year, well-established, private dental practice in Scottsdale that is poised for continued growth. Our current clinical team has been with us, on average 8-25 years. We value our team and provide opportunities for professional growth and development, have a low stress, positive energy workplace, that prides itself on loving and caring for our dental patients and taking care of each other.

Responsibilities

• Setup and prepare trays and operatories for scheduled procedures
• Assist the dentist during various procedures and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental radiographs
• Maintain patient records by verifying patient health history, log appropriate patient data during exam and treamtent, as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Be present, engaged , a team player and assist with office duties as requested

Qualifications:

• 1 year + prior DA experience
• CPR Certification 
• Dental Assisting Certification 
• X-Ray Certification
• Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Computer experience that allows you to use patient management software, scanning, and imaging devices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  

Hours (Not including prep and breakdown)
Monday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Fridays-Sunday: Closed
