Dental Treatment Coordinator

OC Healthy Smiles is looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator who is confident, energetic, organized, and motivated by results. We are not looking for an order taker—we are looking for a true treatment advocate who can build trust, educate patients, and help them move forward with the care they need.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• Some shifts begin as early as 7:00 AM
• Some shifts finish as late as 7:00 PM
• Full-time position

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans with confidence and enthusiasm
• Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
• Schedule treatment and maximize provider schedules
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment
• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into appointments
• Help patients overcome barriers to care
• Work closely with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience

Who We're Looking For

• Has dental office experience
• Is comfortable discussing treatment fees and financing
• Enjoys sales and helping patients make decisions
• Is confident without being pushy
• Has outstanding customer service skills
• Has excellent phone skills

• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• While dental experience is preferred, we believe attitude and work ethic matter just as much. We are willing to train an outstanding candidate with proven sales, customer service, or patient care experience who is eager to build a long-term career in dentistry.
• Treatment presentation experience preferred
• Strong understanding of PPO insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must live within 10 miles of our Costa Mesa office
