Dental Assistant (Full-Time) We are a patient-focused general dental practice seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team for a long-term role. Responsibilities Chairside Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and provide chairside assistance during dental procedures by positioning instruments, suctioning, and passing materials. Patient Care & Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-operative instructions. Ensure patient comfort and a positive experience. Administrative & Clinical Support: Take and process dental x-rays, create temporary crowns, and manage dental supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all dental equipment is operational by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant in a general dental practice. Dental Assisting certification is highly preferred. X-Ray certification is required. Proven experience in all aspects of general dentistry. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a professional environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Schedule & Benefits Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday (40 hours per week).
