Join Our Team as an Orthodontic Assistant! Are you a skilled, energetic, and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant who loves creating confident smiles? We are looking for an experienced team player to join our dynamic, patient-centered orthodontic practice! Job Details Position: Orthodontic Assistant Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time (30–40 hours per week) Location: Reese Orthodontics, New Hope, Minnesota Compensation: $31 and up/hour (based on experience) + Benefits package Key Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist in all clinical procedures (placing/removing brackets, archwire changes, impressions/3D scans, and adjustments). Take diagnostic records, including digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital impressions. Deliver exceptional patient care and clearly explain treatment plans, oral hygiene instructions, and appliance care. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain standard infection control protocols. Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical notes. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on orthodontic assisting experience preferred. However, for the right person we are willing to hire right out of dental assisting school. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required. Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, upbeat demeanor. High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
