Dental Assistant – Crossroads Family Dentistry Crossroads Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming environment and are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and dental impressions (if certified) Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and organized Help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Excellent communication and people skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment X-ray certification preferred (if required by state) What We Offer: Friendly, supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and continued learning Paid holidays and additional benefits based on employment status Dental experience is strongly preferred and will be given priority during the hiring process.
