Responsibilities Schedule and confirm patient appointments Manage the hygiene schedule and patient recalls Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally Verify and update patient information Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment Assist with daily administrative and front office duties Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to check-out Qualifications ✔ Minimum 1 year of dental front office, receptionist, or hygiene coordinator experience preferred ✔ Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude ✔ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Schedule Requirements Full-time position Must be available to work Saturdays We are looking for someone seeking a long-term career opportunity.
