As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our young patients receive excellent care in a safe, supportive, and welcoming setting. You'll assist the dentist during exams and procedures, provide patient education, and help maintain a smooth and efficient office environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant License with the State of WA required (or willing to obtain). Previous experience as a dental assistant is a plus but we are excited to train the right person. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with children and their families. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
