Allstar Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Bilingual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, provides exceptional patient care, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking families. Help create a positive, fun, and welcoming experience for every child. Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance standards. Assist with front office duties when needed. Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Current Dental Assisting certification (if required by state). X-ray certification and CPR certification. Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required. Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
