What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Sterilize instruments and follow all infection control protocols Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Educate patients on oral health and post-operative instructions Chart accurately in our practice management software Work closely with our doctors and hygienists to provide an outstanding patient experience Help create a welcoming, compassionate atmosphere for every patient What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Radiology certification (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A desire to continually learn and improve Why Winterholler Dentistry?
