Dental Clinic Receptionist/Assistant - West Virginia Health Right, Inc. - Charleston, WV

An experienced Dental Office/Medical Receptionist is needed for a busy non-profit dental clinic. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. This person will need to be able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. Personality and friendliness are of great importance as the receptionist is one of the first faces a patient sees. We offer great benefits including, health, vision, dental insurance. Checking patients in and out. Checking insurance eligibility. Assist with Medicaid billing. Printing schedules. Experience: Experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Experience in customer service is preferred. Qualifications: Must be comfortable with computers and with the use of an office computer system. This system will be used for all tasks required for this job including but not limited to faxing, scanning, copying, faxing/scanning, data entry, filing, etc.. Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be able to maintain multiple tasks on the front desk and maintain high levels of efficiency throughout the day. Must have strong communication skills and compassion for our patients.
