Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Location: Quincy, MA Join Our Growing Dental Team! We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our well-established dental practice in Quincy. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: Office Closed Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Roth IRA retirement plan Paid holidays and paid time off (if applicable) Supportive, positive work environment Modern office with digital technology Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (oral prophylaxis) Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as needed Evaluate patients for periodontal disease, dental caries, oral cancer, and other soft tissue abnormalities Record and communicate clinical findings to the dentist Take digital dental radiographs, including panoramic X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain operatories according to OSHA and infection control standards Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for patient care Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Qualifications Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist License Current CPR Certification CEUs up to date Minimum 2 years of dental hygiene experience Experience with Dentrix preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a practice that values its team members and provides outstanding patient care, we encourage you to apply.
