Registered Dental Hygienist – Newton, MA. Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $50–$58/hour. Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Compensation: $50.00–$58.00 per hour , based on experience. Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting. Obtain diagnostic radiographs and perform thorough oral health assessments. Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care. Partner with dentists and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to OSHA and infection control standards. Create a welcoming, comfortable experience that encourages patients to maintain lifelong oral health. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program. Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Local anesthesia certification (if applicable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
