This dual-role position involves greeting patients, managing the front office, checking in and checking out patients, as well as driving to our referring partners to promote our business and pass out referral pads. Front Desk Duties: Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Answer phones, schedule appointments Verify insurance, collect co-pays Confirm appointments over the phone Marketing Duties: Monitor referrals in excel sheets Driving in metro Detroit area 1-2x per week visiting offices, offering information about our practice services, promoting clinic and passing out referral pads We are looking for a friendly individual who is interested in front desk duties and marketing for our clinic.
