Dental Assistant — Full-Time | $18–$30/hour | Holmdel, NJ Join a busy, well-established dental practice in Holmdel where you'll be trained, supported, and treated like part of the team from day one — with a schedule that gives you your Fridays back. Schedule Monday & Wednesday: 8am–4pm Tuesday & Thursday: 8am–6pm Fall through spring: add every other Friday, 9am–2pm Summer: Monday–Thursday only No weekends What you'll do Chairside assisting across a range of procedures — restorative, hygiene support, and more Prep patients, walk them through what to expect, and give clear post-op instructions Take and process radiographs Sterilize instruments and set up/break down operatories to OSHA and CDC standards Keep charts accurate and up to date; help with scheduling and front-office flow as needed Learn new tech and techniques as we adopt them What we're looking for Reliable, punctual, and genuinely good with people Clear communicator who stays calm when the schedule gets tight NJ X-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we'll help) Prior dental experience is a plus, but we train the right person What we offer $18–$30/hour depending on experience Health insurance Paid time off and paid sick time 401(k) after one year Continuing education reimbursement Hands-on in-office training and ongoing support — you won't be thrown in cold Location: Holmdel, NJ — easy access from the Parkway, free parking Ready to apply?
