What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality, comfort, and patient education. Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families. Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team to ensure an exceptional patient experience at every visit. Diagnose and present treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all standards of care. Stay current with advances in dentistry through continuing education. Provide input into operations and give suggestions for operational efficiencies. What We're Looking For DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active dental license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of practice. Minimum of 3-5 years experience, and/or, experience with an insurance-independent practice. Strong clinical skills with a patient-first philosophy. Confident and solution oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and foster long term relationships with patients. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellence. An understanding of the importance of taking ownership of his/her operatory and growing a patient base. Passion for creating a welcoming, judgement free experience for every patient.
