Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team. Experience with Eaglesoft and four-handed dentistry is preferred. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth Assess patients' oral health by taking medical histories and vital signs Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record keeping Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic Provide care for pediatric patients, ensuring their comfort during visits Stay updated on dental terminology and practices to enhance patient care Experience Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting is preferred Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques is a plus Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software Understanding of medical terminology related to dental health Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional dental care while fostering a positive environment for our patients!
