Job Summary We are seeking a fun and energetic Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately. Assess patient vital signs and medical history. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health. Follow infection prevention protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance standards Requirements Valid Dental Hygiene license with current state registration or certification. Proven experience working as a dental hygienist Knowledge of dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix Knowledge of dental terminology, equipment operation, and medical terminology relevant to dental care. Strong understanding of infection control practices, healthcare infection prevention, and aseptic techniques. Providing clear patient education on dental care. Pay is negotiable based on experience and we are not opposed to a new graduate if it is the right fit.
