Premier Dental Is Hiring Experienced Registered Dental Assistants! Premier Dental is growing, and we are looking for experienced Registered Dental Assistants to join our team as Dr. Mendes transitions to a full-time schedule in September. We are hiring for multiple positions, including: A full-time assistant for Dr. Mendes, whose schedule will be Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. An experienced assistant for Dr. Hardin, whose schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. There may be flexibility within these schedules, as our team members work together to cover various hours and support one another. We have built a positive, collaborative environment, and finding someone who is a great fit for our team is extremely important to us. Compensation starts at $18 per hour, with pay based on experience. Qualified candidates must: Be a Registered Dental Assistant Have previous dental assisting experience Be proficient in four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting Have experience with digital scanning and temporization Possess a strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing practice Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to adapt Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and team members Treat every patient with kindness, patience, and genuine care Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, crown and bridge, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and full-arch rehabilitation Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures Sterilize dental instruments and equipment while following all infection-control and aseptic protocols Take diagnostic X-rays, intraoral photographs, iTero scans, and 3D imaging as needed Assist with crown and bridge procedures, impressions, digital scans, temporization, and laboratory cases Monitor and document patient medical histories, medications, allergies, and vital signs Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation using Dentrix Educate patients about oral health, treatment recommendations, and post-operative instructions Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their appointments Support patient flow by helping keep the doctor and clinical schedule running efficiently Communicate with the front-office and clinical teams to provide a seamless patient experience Assist with additional clinical and administrative responsibilities as needed Our practice provides a wide range of services, including iTero scanning, Invisalign, endodontics, implants, surgical extractions, crown and bridge, full-arch rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and Botox. Experience in these areas is preferred, but a strong clinical foundation, excellent work ethic, and willingness to learn are equally important.
