Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Queens, NY
Dental assistant's responsibilities include: Supporting general dentist by typically passing instruments during clinical procedures, preparing the patient for treatment, assisting during local anesthetic dental procedures, positioning suction devices, digital dental radiographs, taking dental impressions, assisting with patient oral hygiene care, utilization of ADA specified sterilization methods, general clinical sanitary up keep in accordance with office and OSHA protocol. Basic administration roles such as scheduling patient appointments, entering patient clinical notes and maintaining patient privacy protocol in adherence with HIPPA guidelines.
