Our work environment includes: Supportive Employers Supportive Associates Job Summary We are looking for an experienced dental front desk administrator with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care to support our office team. The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills, experience in dental office management, treatment coordination, scheduling and billing. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast paced setting and to work independently. Front Desk Administrator Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and welcoming dental front desk area Greet patients warmly and help them fill out forms, advise them of office policies and patient care procedures Schedule, cancel and reschedule patient appointments and work the reminder system Calculate fees, coordinate financial agreements, and process payment including cash, and credit card transactions Communicate financial information clearly with patients Create insurance claim forms in the practice software for completed procedures Prepare patient charts and daily schedules Update dental charts and patient electronic records with X-rays, treatment plans, and financial insurance information Communicate with specialistsâ offices to coordinate seamless patient care Detailed duties will be provided upon request.
