Seeking a dependable, trustworthy individual with strong work ethic for a very busy 2 location dental practice in O'Fallon and Troy MO. The ideal candidate would have: Strong work ethic Ability to learn practice management software (Curve) and Google Workspace Ability to learn digital scanning and associated software Ability to learn advanced technology Ability to problem solve Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask Super friendly and upbeat demeanor Expanded Functions a plus Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting chairside in a wide variety of procedures Taking radiographs and intraoral photos Lab work- 3D printing, milling crowns, fabricating essix and aligner trays, soft guards, and base plates Maintaining sterilization; breaking down/setting up rooms Typing detailed clinical notes Putting together and presenting treatment plans Benefits Medical Full Dental 401(k) Workers Comp Profit Sharing Uniform allowance CE Professional Dues Paid time off Holiday pay Compensation Salary range based upon experience, knowledge and work ethic.
