Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with healthcare diagnosis and dental terminology standards. Perform dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontic adjustments, prosthodontic restorations, and pediatric dentistry treatments. -Not required Utilize dental software systems like Open Dental for accurate medical documentation and medical records management while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all clinical procedures to maintain a sterile environment. Interpret medical imaging and dental radiographs to diagnose issues related to anatomy knowledge and dental diagnosis accurately. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to foster client communication and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry setups for efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery. Experience Proven experience working as a Dentist within a dental clinic or healthcare setting with familiarity in dental office experience. Demonstrated expertise in handling diverse cases involving pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), oral surgery (dental extractions), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), orthodontics (braces), and implantology. -Not required Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, medical imaging interpretation, and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
