Dental Assistant â Invisalign Focused Private Practice (La Jolla) Join Our Team! We are a modern, patient-centered private dental practice in the heart of La Jolla looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our practice has a strong focus on Invisalign and minimally invasive dentistry, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive environment. Position Details 25â35 hours per week Private practice in La Jolla Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry Instrument sterilization and infection control Preparing and breaking down operatories Taking digital X-rays and iTero scans (preferred but willing to train the right candidate) Assisting with Invisalign procedures and patient education Maintaining an organized, efficient clinical environment Supporting the doctor and team to provide an outstanding patient experience What Weâre Looking For Dental Assistant or RDA (preferred) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized Team player who enjoys learning and growing Experience with Invisalign is a plus, but not required If youâre passionate about dentistry and want to work in a practice that values continuing education, technology, and exceptional patient care, weâd love to hear from you!
