About Us: Magnolia Dental is seeking a dedicated and energetic Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) who speaks Spanish to join our growing clinical team under new doctor leadership. We prioritize high-quality patient care, modern technology, and a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide chairside assisting during various dental procedures (restorative, crown/bridge, surgical, implants). - Communicate post-op care and instructions clearly to Spanish-speaking patients. - Prepare operatory rooms, sterilize instruments, and strictly follow OSHA/infection control standards. - Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos accurately. - Take impressions, prepare lab cases, and handle lab communications (Crowns, Removable, Implants). - Maintain accurate clinical notes in Practice Web. Qualifications & Requirements: - Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual Spanish Required). Korean is an optional plus. - Active California Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification. - X-ray Certification and CPR Certification required. - Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and chairside procedures. - Experience with Practice Web software is a plus. - Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and commitment to patient comfort.
