We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Business Assistant / Treatment Coordinator who enjoys connecting with patients and helping create a positive dental experience. In this role, you’ll help present treatment plans and financial options, coordinate appointments, support the daily operations of the business office, and build lasting relationships with our patients. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service Schedule appointments and help keep the hygiene schedule full Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance questions Maintain accurate patient records and data Make re-care and follow-up calls Support daily front-office operations Keep the office organized, professional, and welcoming What We’re Looking For 1+ year of dental front desk experience required Dental insurance knowledge and verification experience required Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Professional, caring, and patient-focused attitude Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Computer proficiency; Open Dental experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32-36 per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: DENTAL Front Desk: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
