Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA/CDC infection control standards Fabricate temporary crowns, take impressions, and assist with digital scanning (experience preferred) Educate and support patients throughout their visit Maintain inventory and ensure operatories are fully stocked Help create an efficient, positive patient experience Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred EFDA certification is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and a true team player What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Supportive and respectful team environment Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Modern technology and commitment to quality dentistry Charter school benefit: Eligible employees may have access to enrollment opportunities for their children at a local charter school (subject to the school's policies and availability).
