Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about patient care, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms before and after patient appointments Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Take and process digital radiographs Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout appointments Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Assist with dental impressions, scans, temporary restorations, and other clinical procedures as needed Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Monitor inventory and assist with stocking clinical supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experiences Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor What We're Looking For A compassionate individual who genuinely enjoys helping patients Someone who is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn A team member who values professionalism, accountability, and a positive workplace culture Strong work ethic with a willingness to support both clinical and operational needs of the practice Hours: Mondays+Thursday: 8:30AM-7PM Tuesdays: 8:30AM-6pm Fridays: 8:30AM-5PM Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development If you are looking for a long-term opportunity in a modern practice that values both its patients and team members, we would love to hear from you.
