Elegant Endodontics is a growing, state-of-the-art endodontic practice in Solon, Ohio, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and compassionate environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization records Take high-quality dental radiographs and CBCT scans Set up and break down operatories efficiently Prepare instruments and materials for treatment Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized Educate patients on post-operative instructions Help create a calm, welcoming environment for anxious patients Assist with inventory management and ordering clinical supplies Perform other clinical duties to support efficient patient care Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred (endodontic experience is a plus but not required) Current Ohio Dental Assistant credentials Experience taking digital radiographs (CBCT experience is a bonus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a true team player About Us At Elegant Endodontics, we believe that your comfort matters —for both our patients and our team.
