Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and other restorative treatments Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews and diagnostic radiology to identify oral health issues Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care Manage patient conditions reporting promptly and effectively while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including plastic surgery techniques related to maxillofacial procedures and surgical interventions when necessary Skills Proven experience in critical care within a dental or medical setting, demonstrating the ability to handle acute situations confidently Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing principles, and medical documentation standards Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for efficient patient record management Excellent client communication skills to build trust and ensure patient satisfaction Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while managing dental instruments and equipment Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), with readiness to respond to emergencies such as blood sampling or sudden patient conditions Experience with diagnostic radiology techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Familiarity with clinic operations including medical documentation procedures and healthcare compliance standards Knowledge of health education strategies aimed at promoting oral health awareness among diverse patient populations Join us in delivering outstanding dental care that transforms lives!
