Full-Time Bilingual Dental Hygienist (Monday–Thursday) Location: Orlando, FL Smile! We're Looking for a Compassionate, Skilled, and Experienced Bilingual Dental Hygienist to Join Our Team! Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience (required) Active Florida Dental Hygienist License (required) Fluent in English and Spanish (required) CPR Certification (required) Excellent knowledge of preventive dentistry and periodontal therapy Experience taking digital radiographs and intraoral photographs Experience with Open Dental software is a plus Strong communication and patient education skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene examinations and periodontal assessments Provide preventive dental cleanings for adult and pediatric patients Perform scaling and root planing (SRP) and periodontal maintenance Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and periodontal health Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants when indicated Assist the doctor in identifying and documenting treatment needs Accurately chart clinical findings and maintain complete patient records Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols Build trusting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Active Florida Dental Hygienist License Minimum 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience Fluent in English and Spanish Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry Excellent communication and patient education skills Detail-oriented with outstanding clinical documentation Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence Why Join Our Team?
