The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of general dentistry procedures, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As an integral part of our practice, you will perform a wide range of dental treatments, collaborate with team members, and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants. Utilize advanced dental software such as Dentrix for documentation and treatment planning. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures. Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care delivery and foster a positive office environment. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license with the ability to practice general dentistry independently. Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix is highly desirable. Experience in four-handed dentistry and pediatric dentistry preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and healthcare diagnosis procedures. Demonstrated expertise in dental diagnosis, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and implant procedures. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient education and satisfaction. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards required.
