Responsibilities Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop customized treatment plans for patients of all ages Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment using: Traditional braces Clear aligner therapy Other advanced orthodontic techniques Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments Educate patients and parents on treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care Collaborate with fellow dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and clinical excellence Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthodontics Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering exceptional patient care Commitment to creating healthy, confident smiles Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Why Dublin & Gahanna, Ohio?
