Take dental radiographs (X-rays). Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and operatories following infection control protocols. Manage patient records using Dentrix or other electronic dental record systems. Support patient flow by preparing treatment rooms, scheduling appointments, and educating patients on procedures and post-operative care. Operate dental equipment, including digital imaging and 3D scanning technology. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment. Collaborate with the dental team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care. Qualifications Experience as a Dental Assistant in a general or specialty dental practice. Ability to take dental radiographs (X-ray certification preferred, if required by state). Knowledge of infection control, sterilization procedures, and HIPAA compliance. Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills with a patient-centered approach.
