Experienced Dental Assistant Nob Hill Dental â Salem, OR Full-Time | MondayâThursday | 7:30 AM â 5:00 PM Nob Hill Dental is a privately owned dental practice focused on high-quality, conservative, long-lasting dentistry. We are seeking an experienced dental assistant who is reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term position in a professional clinical environment. Job Description The dental assistant will work chairside with the doctor to support efficient, high-standard dental care. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, takes ownership of their work, and is looking for a stable, long-term role with room for growth . Responsibilities Chairside assisting during restorative, cosmetic, and general dental procedures Preparing and breaking down operatories efficiently Maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols Taking diagnostic-quality dental radiographs and intraoral photos Assisting with impressions, temporaries, bonding, and material setup Managing instruments, supplies, and operatory organization Providing professional, attentive patient care Accurate clinical documentation in patient charts Supporting smooth daily clinical flow Requirements Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience (required) Oregon Dental Assistant certification (or ability to meet Oregon requirements) Radiology certification required Strong understanding of dental procedures and materials Excellent attention to detail and organization Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire to work in one practice long term and grow with the office Schedule MondayâThursday 7:30 AM â 5:00 PM Rarely (1-2 times per year) Friday Compensation & Growth Pay is based on experience and qualifications Opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance and tenure Consistent 4-day workweek Professional, organized, non-corporate practice environment How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
