We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established independent practice on a flexible, part-time basis (around 25 hours a week) . Responsibilities Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services Perform patient assessments, document clinical findings, and consult on treatment plans with the dentist Take digital radiographs as needed and help maintain accurate clinical records Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist in developing individualized periodontal patient treatment plans Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols Qualifications Current CT Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/First-Aid certification Excellent communication and patient care skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Experience with dental software and/or administrative cross-training is a plus.
