Dental Assistant II Sautter Family Dentistry Sautter Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, team-oriented environment where both our patients and employees feel valued. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: 4â5 days per week, 7:30 AM â 5:00 PM Compensation: $20â$23 per hour, depending on experience Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience Experience with Dentrix practice management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Assist with hygiene appointments as needed Perform instrument sterilization and infection control procedures Complete minor laboratory duties Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring a comfortable experience Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technology Additional experience assisting with hygiene procedures Familiarity with sterilization and laboratory workflows Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off If you're passionate about dentistry, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and take pride in providing outstanding patient care, we'd love to meet you.
