Hygiene Assistant Signature Dental Care – Hickory Hills, IL Full-Time About Us Signature Dental Care is a modern, family-owned dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, team-oriented environment. We are a fully digital office that utilizes the latest technology, including digital radiography, intraoral scanners, CEREC same-day crowns, 3D printing, and advanced dental procedures. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and compassionate Hygiene Assistant who enjoys working with patients and wants to be part of a high-performing team. Responsibilities Assist our dental hygienists in providing outstanding patient care Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Take digital X-rays (certification required) Update medical histories and patient records Seat patients and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit Stock operatories and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Help with scheduling flow and support the hygiene department as needed Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience Qualifications Previous dental assisting or hygiene assisting experience preferred Illinois Dental Radiography Certification required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Schedule Full-time Evening hours required Two Saturdays per month What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid holidays and paid time off Continuing education opportunities Supportive, family-oriented team culture Modern, state-of-the-art digital practice Opportunity for professional growth and long-term career development If you're passionate about patient care and want to work in a positive, technology-driven practice, we'd love to meet you!
