Job Description: We are a growing orthodontic practice seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves assisting in orthodontic procedures, coordinating treatment plans, and helping with front desk responsibilities to ensure a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures while maintaining an efficient clinical workflow. Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment according to infection control standards. Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and orthodontic records. Greet patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries. Educate patients and parents on treatment plans, financial options, oral hygiene, and appliance care. Verify insurance information and process billing/payments. Maintain treatment room cleanliness and manage clinical inventory. Qualifications: Experience working in a dental or orthodontic setting preferred. Cross-trained in clinical assisting and front desk duties is a plus. Ability to take accurate dental X-rays and orthodontic pictures. Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach. Highly organized, dependable, and team-oriented. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in dental practice management software is a plus.
