Dental Hygienist (assisted 2 column, part-time leading to full-time, 30% production) - Durham Dental Studio - Durham, NC

Hello, this is the owner doctor directly involved in the hiring process to find the right Dental Hygienist to take this great opportunity in a busy general dentist office in Durham, North Carolina. Your pay will be based on 30% commission (adjusted production), so you are guaranteed to make more than 120k yearly once you start working 2 column assisted hygiene full-time four to five days a week. Our contracted insurance fees are negotiated very high. You will be starting with 1 or 2 days a week, and we will add more days as quickly as we can if you and our team are a good match. We are open to hourly pay for the right candidate who can only handle 1 column. We use eaglesoft as a dental software. Spanish bilingual will be very helpful since we have a lot of Spanish population waiting for Spanish-speaking hygienist.
